SHARx is a pharmacy advocacy solution embedded in your Shared Health Alliance plan to help members access high cost maintenance medication at little or no cost.
- The drugs included in this list illustrate medications that have been filled using the SHARx program
- SHARx does not guarantee the fulfillment of these drugs
- The SHARx program helps participants access these medications through alternate channels
- The $50 access fee is waived for SHARx participants
- This list is meant as a guide to help members understand drugs that are likely to be available through SHARx

Included with the SHA Program When you choose the Preventive option during enrollment , covering all Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) listed Preventive and Wellness Care Services without cost sharing.

Access to prescriptions at a low copay. Generics – 10% Co-insurance, Preferred Brand – 20% Co-insurance, and Non-Preferred Brand – 40% Co-insurance. High-cost drugs are only available through SHARx advocacy.

$0 Deductible, 50% coinsurance, limited medical benefit to help offset your out of pocket expenses in the event you need services including hospitalization, surgery, or ambulance.

Telemedicine
Consult with a US-based, licensed doctor over the phone, tablet, or computer. They can diagnose non-emergent, medical conditions and prescribe medication when needed.
